You can drop by for a tasting anytime from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.

While you can walk in with no appointment necessary, please message Tours@Sugarlands.com for assistance scheduling larger parties of 20 people or more.

A valid government-issued photo ID for each participant is required.

The Moonshine Sampling Flight will have your party standing at an octagon bar while you sample 12 of our flavors. The samples being poured change daily, and our tastemakers will walk you through each of the flavors you sample.

The Sugarlands Moonshine sampling experience costs $5.00 per person.

We offer a 12-flavor tasting that samples a mix of both Moonshines and Sippin’ Creams.

At the distillery, we also offer a separate Roaming Man Whiskey tasting inside our newest experience, The Hidden Stave. Featuring one of our whiskey experts, they will walk you through a multi-sensory presentation. Guests will partake in nosing and tasting several expressions of our award-winning Roaming Man Pot Distilled Tennessee Rye Whiskey.

Sugarlands’ downtown Gatlinburg Distillery offers tours of our still house when available. As this is an operating production space, tour availability is subject to change on a day-to-day basis. Tours may be canceled with short notice.

Please use our website to book a tour, and then follow up with Tours@Sugarlands.com before you travel to the distillery.

Sugarlands Distillery is a family-friendly experience. Kids are welcome; however, you must be 21+ to drink. Kids can tag along on a still house tour.

Sugarlands Distillery is dog-friendly everywhere except the still house. Pets must always be kept on a leash.

We do not have onsite parking, but there is a garage right behind our building. Free street parking is also available behind the building.

Always be on the lookout when visiting our downtown Gatlinburg distillery. You never know who you might run into.

Mark and Digger distill on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 am to noon. Mark Rogers appears on the last Friday of each month from noon to 2 pm.

Visitors can watch through the viewing glass, and during downtime the moonshiners may sign jars or take photos. Tickets or reservations are not required.

There is no expiration date on our moonshines.

If sealed, Sippin’ Creams do not expire. After opening, refrigerate and consume within six months.

Moonshines and Sippin’ Creams are available in 750ml jars. Select flavors are also available in 50ml jars, subject to availability.

High Rock Vodka is available in 750ml and 50ml bottles. Roaming Man Whiskey is available in 750ml and 375ml bottles.

Due to legal restrictions, Sugarlands Distilling Co. cannot ship spirits directly to consumers. Purchases are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers.

Delivery is available in all states except MI, SD, TN, and UT.
